Refund Policy

Zoriana Nail Art operates on a strict appointment-only basis; therefore, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits secure booking time, preparation, and loss of availability and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including late arrivals, cancellations, rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or breach of studio policies.

No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed services, as outcomes may vary depending on individual nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Zoriana Nail Art reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where health, safety, or policy compliance is compromised, with no obligation to issue refunds.
