Welcome to Zoriana Nail Art, a private, home-based nail studio in Basingstoke. All services are one-to-one appointments, ensuring personal attention, high hygiene, and safety standards. For the safety of all clients and the practitioner, children and pets are not permitted, and appointments may be cancelled without refund if this policy is not followed. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, and cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, no-shows, or policy breaches result in loss of deposit.

Zoriana Nail Art does not accept clients with acrylic nails due to allergies; acrylics must be fully removed prior to the appointment. Services include classic manicure/pedicure, gel polish, BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), and optional add-ons such as cuticle care, massages, nail strengthening, or nail art, all tailored individually depending on your natural nail condition. BIAB is a gel-based treatment that strengthens and protects nails, helping prevent splitting or breaking while supporting growth. Results may vary, and aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain nail health and longevity.

The studio follows professional sterilisation and hygiene protocols, and clients must disclose any health concerns before service. Respectful behaviour is required; the studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for policy breaches, unsafe conduct, or arriving with acrylics, children, or pets. Client information is kept strictly confidential, used only for booking purposes, and photos may be taken for marketing with consent. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-quality nail experience.
