Zoriana Nail Art – Insurance & Liability Terms

Zoriana Nail Art operates as a private, home-based nail studio in Basingstoke and provides services strictly by prior appointment and on a one-to-one basis only. By booking, paying a deposit, or attending an appointment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges personal responsibility for compliance. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, and cancellations or rescheduling must be made no less than 48 hours before the appointment time. Late arrival of 15 minutes or more, non-attendance, or breach of studio policies will result in cancellation or rescheduling without refund. For insurance, health, and safety reasons, only the booked client may attend the appointment, and children or pets are not permitted on the premises.

The client confirms that all information provided regarding nail condition, medical history, allergies, or contraindications is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Zoriana Nail Art does not accept clients with existing acrylic nail enhancements due to documented allergies, and all acrylic products must be fully removed prior to attendance. If acrylic enhancements are present at the time of appointment, service may be refused or terminated without refund. All services, including BIAB, gel treatments, and add-on services, are performed based on the client’s natural nail condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice; outcomes, durability, and longevity may vary and are not guaranteed.

Zoriana Nail Art maintains professional hygiene, sterilisation, and infection-control standards in accordance with industry and insurance requirements and reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service where continuation may compromise health, safety, or insurance cover. The business shall not be held liable for adverse reactions, service breakdown, or nail damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, failure to follow aftercare advice, normal wear and tear, or factors beyond the practitioner’s control. Client data is processed securely in compliance with UK GDPR, and photographic content may be used for professional purposes unless consent is withdrawn. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement and confirms the client’s understanding of risk, responsibility, and limitation of liability.
